I have been using this great app for many many years now (since they had even fewer features). Now they have grown and become a very reliable and stable app that does everything you need in regards to tracking and keeping your customers up to date. Their integrations with 3rd party tools like Klaviyo makes the life even easier for our customers. The guys behind are doing a great job - and lately, the support has even improved - that's why after +5/6 years of using it I now finally feel they really worth +5 stars.

Quick and efficient. Agent resolved my request within minutes. I have also been testing the app on my store and it provides the accurate shipping info. I love that the app can be integrated into my store and customers can track their orders with no issues.

The support is very competent and can be called up quickly via chat. However, the price is exaggerated! The starter package is ok, but you have to pay a lot of money to be able to choose another language (in my case German). Price = MUCH TOOO HIGH Support = TOP

Very good tracking app it sunchronize well all tracking numbers from my Shopify store orders. Excellent customer support which help when need some explenation.

I just downloaded this app to see how it is and it started to send automatically emails & SMSs to my customers from my private email! My store is not even in English so the language is wrong and the emails did not look good at all. Be very careful downloading this app!!
