If i could give 0 stars I would do it. I have contacted support for 5 days trying to solve an issue we are having, aligning the correct carrier to each order. They keep saying it is fixed and it's not. I was finally able to get a meeting with their developers so we could fix it and no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional Edit - They fixed the issue after this.

Great apps, expect to explore more fuction. However, I hope it can let customer customize the dashboard and the report. Like customer can choose export of each day to know how many orders in which situation.

A fantastic app so far...super accurate. The support team is absolutely awesome as well! I am still learning it, but so far very pleased!

Good app overall and a responsive support but same shipment is getting added multiple times as a few cases and thus, leading to loss of billing. Have been chasing the support for a month now but they seems to be passing the blame of other without checking from their end.

The auto matching rates with the available carriers are just at 50%. If you have high number of shipments, across multiple carriers, you will need to manually match them. A headache for me. Sometimes, it even triggers failure of delivery emails to customers when the foreign language is not properly translated by the system. It will only works well if your carriers are listed under Shopify.

I chatted with Harshvardhan in AS support today needing assistance with the review option in the tracking page. He was extremely helpful, quick to determine my needs and provide the guidance necessary to resolve my issue.

It is rare that I need to go to support, so when I do I really need help. Aftership came to the rescue quickly and resolved the question I had within minutes. Aftership has been consistently had the support one dreams about. I'm sold. Strongly suggest their product family. Gary Y.

This app is great to use and the support is fantastic. There is a free plan for when you are starting off for any beginner and paid plans that allow a scaled business to have effective tracking for all orders.

a must have for any business makes shipping customer care so much easier and as good as this app is it would be nothing without the on point kind and knowledgeable customer service that comes with it..its cazy i dont even know if they are 24 hr but they are always there when i need that so they are 24hrs for me...keep up the good work guys
