The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it. In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns). Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging. Overall I really like this app.

Animesh in support answered all my questions excellently and resolved all the issues I have in a very timely manner. Highly impressed! Can't recommend the functionality, product and support enough!

I contacted Aftership support to get the branding taken off my tracking page. My Aftership rep was Shakti and his service was great and efficient. I got it all taken care of in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

Great app with easy interface! However, it would be much better if AliExpress Standart Shipping was integrated in the couriers list! And the live chat is really quick to help you!

I appreciate the support's help to remove the aftership branding. It's unfortunate that the traduction of the pages to another language isn't automatic. But it's a usefull app, I recommand it

Aftership's very suitable for us as it allows scalability. It does what it's supposed to and there's also a free plan.

its good just a bit confusing. The editing is good, the webpage link fits well with my store. I wish I can see if emails were sent.

great support from Varun, Great app and integrates will with everything. Use on my phone too for easy order tracking.
