They Don't Let you Cancel your Subscription Months later. They Make you get in contact with them which Takes Days. Don't do Business with them they will keep you in your subscription no Matter how hard you (ask) for it to be canceled.

Update on 30/11/2023 Not Autods my BFCM result is a loss of £250 BECAUSE OF YOUR SYSTEM AGAIN NOT MONITORING PRICE AND STOCK NOT AUTOORDER FOR ALL YOUR SUPPLIER I AM ASKING MY SELF WHU I PAY FOR YOU TO MAKE LOSS. Update on 25/10/2023 AutoDS has made significant improvements to its service recently. It's now effectively detecting prices, and stock, and providing better support for a variety of suppliers beyond Amazon. The changes have greatly improved our profit margins, and AutoDS is now a valuable tool in our e-commerce operations. Their customer service, especially the assistance provided by Dorina, has been exceptionally helpful in resolving issues promptly. Thanks to these improvements, we're now much more satisfied with our experience with AutoDS. Update on 15/10/2023 I have been with you for more than one year 1. when you tell me those items are not supported by Autods, and you advertise that you support Costcouk as a supplier This means you lie to your customers 2. you advertise that your AutoDS automate my orders and I discovered that it's only for Amazon, not your other supplier This means you lie to your customers 3. when your system fails to update/monitor the products and I get orders for items not available on the supplier website and I lose money and reputation, in this case, This means you lie to your customers and there is a lot more if you want me to continue mentioning your system failures. if you can't or haven't the option don't lie to your customers answer from your customer representative: [email protected] Hi, I still have more than 70 items not tracked showing out of stock but available on supplier's website even when i add new items it shows out-of-stock 2023-10-11 19:53 [email protected] Hi Hossam, I can see that the products that are out of stock on your account are available only if you have an account on Costco: 419290 345958 446935 These products are not supported by AutoDS, and will appear as out of stock on your account. Best regards, Daniel AutoDS Support Specialist 2023-10-12 19:01 UPDATE: AutoDS is not Auto detecting the price not Auto detecting the stock not Auto order for other suppliers than Amazon and instead of helping us make a profit, you're the reason for our loss so ?????????????????????????????????? Customer service answer : If you got a sale with a loss or that the item is now OOS, it might have occurred between scans, meaning, the item was purchased according to the data of stock and price from the previous scan. The products are being monitored multiple times a day for stock and price changes as per the supplier. It is possible that the changes in the source site are more frequent than the scans. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent these cases from happening - there's no 100% guarantee as there can always be more frequent changes on the source site.

Update: they emailed me to ask how they could make me happy. They offered to refund me. I accepted and agreed to take down this review, just as a courtesy on my part. Yuval was so thankful because she said it impacts her job performance. Then she proceeded to email me EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. begging me to do it. I told her she could expect it in 7-10 business days, the same time they gave for my refund to show up. She would not stop harassing me even though I asked her to stop and assured her I would take down the review. Bear in mind I was not obligated to do this, I was still only doing this as a courtesy since they offered me a refund. While I did receive my refund, I also received an email today in which they allege they will be suing me for defamation! That's it. That's the last straw. If she had just kept her mouth shut and left me alone and stopped harassing and threatening me, this review would be gone by now. But dear reader, I think it's important that I keep it up for you so you can read the full truth. This company behaves so bizarrely and harassing you via email seems to be a normal thing for them, from rep to rep. (Ignore their reply to me -- this occurrence clearly IS indicative of how things are run there.) I'd run, don't walk. ---------------- I needed to cancel and couldn't even access my dashboard on this app. I'm still technically subscribed but it keeps prompting me to subscribe. I am unable to cancel my account and if I were still using it and coming to manage my account, I would also be unable to do so. This makes it a worthless money-suck. Your products and inventory would just be sitting there helpless while they continuously ask you to subscribe again. I did message customer service about cancelling and they continued trying to funnel and upsell me 3 times. It was clear they were not listening because each time I explained my situation and they didn't respond to that at all, just the form letter upsell techniques. This whole experience makes me feel a bit scammy about them.

I used this application for 8 days and placed an order from Amazon for a customer from Qatar and paid $100 for the automatic orders, but they could not implement the order because it does not deliver to this region. Now I'm asking them to refund the $100, but they refuse to return my money and asked me to cancel my subscription if I don't like their policy.

decided to give 0 star within a 5 minutes of using it. first of all their chatting sytem is very weird. when you are in the chat mode and suddenly jump to another page. for example, searching for a product and then the chat tab get disappears and when replied to you you can't even figure out where to get back in chat mode. their dashboard is also very terrible. especially for new drop shippers. I was like I was lost somewhere. I have tested out dser cjdrop spocket but have never seen so confusing site like this. importing a product and researching a product with both parts are not easy for me. they may be best in some other part but for me, the first impression is not enough to hold.

AutoDS claims to have the capability to have mutliple store platforms working under your AutoDS account. This is definitely not true. In their instructional videos they are making false claims. We had a horrible customer service experience with Krissy and Kristine from AutoDS. Be careful when working with this company.
Hey "Aces Auto Direct", AutoDS definitely can have multiple stores from different platforms as you want to have. However, Shopify doesn't allow paying through them for other platform's services. As for the Customer service - there was definitely a lack of communication with our service reps, which we will take care of. As of now, we have already offered a solution and hopefully, we will make it right for you 🙏🏻

There is no 7-day FREE trial, you have to pay to try it ..... ......................................

The pricing is very misleading dont fall into the trap and risk your business......With me having about 350 products in my store with different variants this is not so affordable for me as it would have cost me $7500 a month for this.. oh and dont dare leave a bad review they will harass you so bad i have been getting whats app messages constantly from the owner Lior asking me to remove my review on top of that when i told him no he went to my facebook business page and left a bad review and he has never purchased anything from my company as my company is fairly new. Very bad business.

It changes the product pricing to $266 when the product is out of stock.
We’re really sorry your experience with AutoDS was not a positive one. Please note that your products will get the price $266 when they are no longer in stock on the source site. This is done as an extra protection step to protect you from possible purchases of out-of-stock-items. When the items go back to stock, your products will be updated with the new pricing. We would love an opportunity to explain this better to you and change your experience. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life... I was tricked/pushed into a $100.00 subscription through the Shopify app store where they are always up-selling. This was via Mobile (I mention cause they keep sending me screenshots of something irrelevant) AutoDs is still refusing to give me my money back... They are extremely rude and always harassing me. They demand that I talk to them over the phone for some reason... I don't see how it would make a difference. I DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS and the way you are acting why would I want to talk to you? Since you did not keep your word I am putting my review right back up and will just deal with my bank, I might just report you for Fraud while im at it. Please take my advice and DO NOT DOWNLOAD you WILL LOSE MORE!!! THERE ARE BETTER APPS WITH NICER PPL WHO ARE NOT FRAUDS. I am so unhappy with the way that I was treated by both Autods and Shopify. They allow these scams to happen, in fact they encourage it... I CLOSED MY SHOP BEFORE I LOSE MORE. Don't bother replying with your arrogant attitude because I am not reading it.

We can see both our support team and Shopify support themselves, explaining to you that you signed up to the trial plan while agreeing to be charged for the full price of the plan when the trial ends. You addressed us too late with your request for a refund and you were explained about our T&C. We tried to do our best to communicate with you and help you with different suggestions, but you kept spamming us with nasty messages using foul language. It is very slow, it fries with any product and it takes a long time to import the app, it needs work and the price is very high
