I had a problem while printing through Aveda with any invoices that required a revised quantity, changing the bottom line. It seemed like the system did not retain the new information when I printed it although the revised info was visible on the invoice . I had a chat with Liz and she was able to fix my problem. I was unable to revise an invoice and print it with the new information. It kept reverting back to the old invoice. Liz corrected the problem. She also suggested I refresh before printing and that it might take a little time to catch up . I hope it works on all revised invoices moving forward. Thank you Liz!
