We have been using a (separate) pre-order app for capturing out of stock orders, but it has limitations. This Back in Stock app filled in those areas, as not everyone wants to be locked into a pre-order purchase. It was very easy to setup and integrated seamless with our store. We had one occurance recently where a customer got a restock notification, but the variant was not back in stock yet. We contacted customer support, whom responded within 5 minutes with enthusiasm to assist us. They were very gracious in handling our issue and resolving it quickly as possible. Very pleased with the app and their support.

This app is very user friendly and saves us hours trying to track down customers about restocks. They also have a live chat and respond quickly to questions/issues. Highly recommend!

This app really helps to engage my customer in case my products are out of stock temporarily. The customer service here is wonderful. They responded to my concerns and difficulties very fast. Just one thing haven't yet be solved, the button couldn't be showed up in my quick-shop window, I am going to discuss with my development team. Appikon here helped me out to a certain extent by providing me their code snippet. They are helpful and responsive.

This app has been a GAME CHANGER for my website, helping to drive more sales! Our products often sell out fast and we work hard to also restock quickly but this app provides our customers with INSTANT notification! Love all the additional features too and the support team is FAST at responding! Abuzar has been amazing with integrating the features to match my theme <3

We're loving this app! Customer support was amazing at replying (in under 5 minutes!) to our live chat. It has helped reduce customer e-mails on our end, as the app takes care of letting people know when something is back in stock.

I reached out about changing the appearance of my button and received a response in less than 5 minutes! These guys are prompt and super helpful. I've only had the app for a little while, but I anticipate that it will work smoothly. I am definitely planning on upgrading to their Annual Plan once/if I pass 20 notifications. Good app - we needed to be able to separate inventory by warehouse which this allowed us to do! Would be good to see unsubscribe rate though.

Extremely happy with this app! They fixed an issue quickly of darkening the x in the box so it was easier for customers to see how to close the box. I tested out the app to see how and when it sent notifications out after I added an item back in stock. It worked perfectly! So happy! The messages to my phone and email were both received within 1-2 minutes after I changed it to back in stock.

Great app! I had some questions about installation and the team was very responsive....probably the fastest I've seen with any app. We have quite a few products coming in and out of stock and I've had customers asking for this so it was long past time to do something.
