What did they offer the close business during coronavirus pandemic?? BIG NOTHING, look at other Apps they really understand they offer what they could. #SELFISH
Hello, We were contacted by you at the end of April with an email filled with profanities telling us to stop charging you. You then contacted Shopify to ask for a refund and we agreed to offer a refund, however seeing as how you didn’t pay the funds, we couldn’t offer one, but we did inform Shopify that if the payment was pending they could cancel it so you wouldn’t be charged at all for our app. And after all that you still say that we did nothing to help you during this time? even after you were so disrespectful when communicating with us? We understand that some of our clients have a difficult time during this period and try and help in any way we can. Best wishes, Mike.

Overcharged me for 12 months for the Free plan I’ve subscribed originally as I only used 5 currencies. No reply for my complaint email in which I’ve requested to cancel and refund. Bad very bad

Random issues with the currency converter (displaying prices 100x normal). Slow response time (3+ days). No stats on how many times different currencies are viewed.

This app is not good at all, it is said to be a trial for a month, while I installed it for about a week and then uninstalled it, still deducted my $9.95 The customer service is very rude, I will not use it again, ask for a refund, not recommended!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely appalling customer services. App does not work and no one is available to assist in any queries. Just keep receiving automated emails "today's working hours are over", for the last 3 days and different times of the day and night.

not working currency could not be selected and didnt change in the shop. So its usless for our online shop also doesent integrate with Shopify currencies.

I added your app but it is in our site but not convert into desire currency.shoing the different currency but in the store currency always only what the currency in my store not convert desired currency.this is useless for me thanks

Right today i aske help to my store to help me to make the app to work on web side to the team best of Currency but im not recommend at all becouse ! 1 my theme din't was compatible wit turbo0.3 and that fine i undestand and i had 2 to current on store so was make contrast and i undestand that okay 2 the team mess ap my store with currety 3 i lost lot time to ask to fix the problem and then really hard did of course need give the time (lost time a lot of work ) 4 dont give to no one let to toch your store ,if you try to installation by your self and working okay but not trust not one to touch your store this my experice of today.

Nekem sajnos nem csinál semmit, de lehet, hogy ha valaki más országból nézi az oldalam, akkor neki működik. Le fogom törölni, és megpróbálok mást. Nem tudom mi lehet a gond, lehet hogy semmi, csak nem tudom ellenőrizni.

0 should be your rating. Worst customer service ever, didn’t even try to help. I spoke with Vlad. So unfortunate that they are not the best currency converter. I suggest going with another app.

I used this app for last several months, i did accidentally remove this app recently, but i reinstated again, it's now not working at all, and contact us button also doesn't work on app

It does not work... dosen't change the currency of the product page after we click on the dropdown to change currency, i use debut theme!

why does it take my customers phone numbers ? you do not need to do that , its their privacy

Does not change the currency of checkout page; it returns to its default currency. you'd better double check.

i added the code but the app didnt get activated on the site?!, it still shows the default currency for all countries
