Dear Alibaba Support, I am writing to you today because I am having an issue with the dropshipping application on my Shopify store. The application is not Supporting up in my Shopify app store, and when I try to install it manually, I get an error message. (Unsupported) I have been using the dropshipping application on my Shopify store for the past few months, and it has been working great. However, recently, the application stopped working, and I am unable to install it again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but that did not fix the problem. I have also tried contacting Shopify support, but they have not been able to help me. I am hoping that you can help me resolve this issue. I am a small business owner, and I rely on the dropshipping application to sell my products. I would be very grateful if you could help me get the application working again. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Até hoje tem sido top. mas penso que será necessário fazerem uma compatibilização nova para o shopify. Seguindo os padrões necessário e evolutivos.

You can't use this app it needs a major do over. You are unable to really so anything on it I wish they would fix it, this would be a huge money maker.

Terrible app. Whenever a customer places an order, I have to pay the shipping cost, etc. Whenever I type my card info it will not accept my payment which it gives me a bad delayed response to customers and have to give my customer a refund back because of this issue very disappointed with Alibaba. If I were you guys trying to start an online business try different suppliers services that actually provide better services and will at least accept my payment!!

Not working I don't know why , I have tried to install alibaba dropshipping app for me to drop ship better but right now I can't to really have access to it and that's not good service if you ask me !

this service is highly appreciated, I had trouble trying to figure out dropshipping and my agent was patient with me and showed me diagrams to help

You have to sell your store to pay their shipping rates. Too expensive shipping and too slow as well

I have been waiting for such an application. Dropshipping at scale was basically unfeasible with Alibaba but this makes things much more manageable. Yet to use the app entirely.

Awesome. Very helpful, but, after the expiration of my session, I can't push any product anymore, even if I already paid an hour after the expiration of my Trial.

Really bad app! 1. No free shipping and no shipping to all countries. 2. Every little question should talk to the seller. 3. In short inconvenient, very expensive prices. 4. There is a lot to improve they should start with free shipping and low delivery time and order handling *****there as if they doing us a favor that they saling to us that is how I feel********

Shipping rates are insane. Example: $2.5 boxing gloves - Shipping costs $572-1094 with Alibaba shipping logistic providers - and shipping times are still around +/-20 days. I'd rather pay CJdropshipping 5 dollars with 6-12 day delivery or 12-22 day. Or use ePacket via ALiExpress et cetera.

It is good to have Alibaba as a dropshipping supplier ; but shipping rates are very high that it becomes impossible to make money with them.

Difficult to navigate your app, impossible to find where to begin dropship products and how to add them to my shopify acocunt. DELETE APP using Oberlo much easier.

The App is fine, the catalogue offers a very wide range of products, the app is also easy to use. And the app is free.

Good potential, but you need to be logged into your Alibaba account to process and import the products (i.e. you are sent to Alibaba.com when using this app, not a screen within your Shopify Admin). That means, for my Virtual Assistant to use this App they need access to my Alibaba account and password, which I cannot give out due to legal/security reasons. Hence I cannot use the app as it is my VA who imports my products... I would love to know when/if a separate user account feature is created.
