Great customer service, allowed me to set up shop. I began generating revenue in a month! Its integration has a few kinks to work out, but likely my oversight.

I will give this app 5 stars. I've been using this app for almost 1 year + and I would say that it has helped streamline my etsy orders over to my shopify site smoothly. When I needed helped there has always been someone to help me solve the problem I was having quickly. I have tried to leave to go to other apps on shopify that claims they sync orders and update inventory from Etsy to shopify for cheaper pricing, but I keep coming back to etsy marketplace it still the best hands down. Only thing I would say can be annoying is when a product is out of stock the order will not transfer over to shopify and I have to go into Etsy to see if there are any orders that didn't import and fullfill those through etsy, but that is about 1% of the orders so I just do the extra step.

I downloaded this app TWICE thinking it was exactly what I needed. Talked to customer support several times, and they assured me that when something is ordered from Etsy, it also syncs on Shopify. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. It will automatically pull the inventory numbers from Shopify and apply them to Etsy, which completely screwed up my inventory numbers and had customers buying things that weren't actually in stock. Not a good app, and it makes NO SENSE for it to only sync one way, especially for people that sell on the two platforms. Very disappointed and I wasted a lot of time trying to make this work. Don't bother.

This app is clunky to use and ridiculously slow to load. Most of the time, it doesn't even load what you have clicked on. Not impressed. Faster to just list on etsy without the hassle of this app.

1,000 + sales since I downloaded this app.. wow..... oh btw EDIT: Updated to $70 plan and add the sync feature FOR SURE! From the time I downloaded this app to this very day I have made so many sales on etsy thanks to the amazing help provided by Shubham! He is a professional in his own right and will make sure to go the extra mile to see through that your job is done right, and that you are happy. I would not have seen any success with Etsy, Known how to run it, how to make my store on Etsy do as well as my webstore gradually in just months without this app. I seriously am considering upgrading to the top plan and have downloaded their other apps. I highly recommend you speak to Shubham when you do... I use this app for wish for Ebay, for Etsy, for EVERYTHING!!!! They're constantly updating modifying and showing you secrets!Oh and guys, the Sync feature is AMAZING!!!!!, like the order that you get on Etsy will sync to Shopify & the inventory syncing both ways ! & add this as well !rest everything is perfectly coordinated with the application!, just add the Sync feature, better than others charging hundreds /mo plan, this app better price and well worth it!, like the order that you sell on Etsy will sync to Shopify & the inventory syncing both ways ! Isn't that AMAZING?!!?!?!?!?!

For etsy - its a bit expensive and more manual then desired but it works. Regarding their policy of emailing me spam, not a huge fan. On their privacy policy they claim "You could also unsubscribe to the email services of CedCommerce by clicking on the unsubscription link provided at the bottom of the email." but no such link exists. I wish they would respect my privacy and not send me junk like "[1 Day To Go] Live Webinar on Business Growth in Crisis | Experts from Google & CedCommerce".

Horrible app! I don't recommend anyone to spend his time with an app which confuses you more then to help you. The import option doesn't work. For any question, the answer is "contact shopify because..., our app is perfect". I still don't understand how this app can help me, and you must to pay $60/month for that. Very disappointed!!!

I was looking for an app that would sync my orders, tracking numbers, and inventory levels to Etsy. Orders syncing was relatively easy, just a matter of linking products. Inventory syncing, however, was a nightmare. Two things that speak to the lack of confidence I have in this product: 1. SKUs are mapped between Etsy and Shopify using the names of the variants rather than SKU numbers. This means that the name of the Variant needs to be exactly the same across both platforms. For example, if you sell Small, Medium, and Large on Shopify and you decide that you want to use Size Small, Size Medium, and Size Large as the variant names in Etsy this app will break. 2. There's no way for me to say "make Etsy the source of truth for these fields and make Shopify the source of truth for these other fields." The way fields are mapped and which direction they're updated in is obfuscated away from the user and distributed across a variety of "Profiles" and "Templates" which are used to translate configuration into what's happening under the hood. Additionally, the app deleted one of my Etsy listings. One of the "syncing" features triggers a delete on the Etsy side. I don't know why they have this feature. I deal with this kind of software daily and this app is so confusing that I would not have been able to set it up without significant support. I gave 1 bonus star because their customer service did the implementation for me and they're always available
