The support team has been prompt in responding and fixed the issues we had with the app regarding the scrolling, translation page, etc. So far, the app fits right in to the theme of our store and the design options are good.

Very nice app does what it's supposed to do, smooth animation, many designs to choose from and you can customize color and font etc. AND IT'S FOR FREE!

The designs don’t look super clean, but it’s okay for a free app. You can choose from multiple designs, and colours, but only a few fonds are available

Excellent app! Easy to use, and offers numerous customization options for the FAQ text and pages. Customer service was also very prompt and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to fellow entrepreneurs!

The Free FAQ Page & Help Center App does exactly what it says and is VERY easy to install and set up, and the page looks very clean and professional. The style for the FAQ pages can be easily customized from the pre-made templates. Plus... it's free!

So far this is exactly what we've been looking for, the app does as advertised and best of all - it's free. It gives you the freedom to also place the FAQ's on different pages which is amazing, customisation is relatively easy if you have some knowledge of CSS which is is also a big plus! Thanks
