The plan renews itself every month and breaks the links to shipping settings which unpublished every listing. Many issues with Tech Support. Swati is not a real person but AI...the image is AI. When there were issues, IT would send you down rabbit holes researching errors which did not exist. We had to explain the errors and why they were occurring. Why does the app not notify when the links are broken...and which happens frequently which require complete reset of shipping settings which then requires feed to repopulate. After giving access to Google Account, added an additional third party email without our notice or approval. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Had problems setting up.but Swati was outstanding and so helpful in getting it right. They are a expert and if sales roll in with need there help in marketing both Google and facebook

I was amazed by the customer service for this app! The team blew me away - they actually took the initiative and care to reach out to me and offer all aid in getting it set up so the whole process went seamlessly. I hardly did anything but follow the prompts as the friendly expert guided be through it. So very grateful I went with this team and this brilliant app! I use their ad agency service, they force me to use their app, I used to think that this ad service includes app fee, I didn't notice that it was an annual fee, I paid $399 for google ad agency service fee and $199 tiktok ad agency service fee. Google Ads is performing very poorly, ROAS is only 2, tiktok has not had a single order. I think they should refund me $125 for the remaining 11 months of APP fees

One of the best apps available for Google. Good features to make profiles and handle the stocks. Merchant center details also included so it makes easy to check the product status. Very nice app and team.

This app has been very helpful to me. I started using CedCommerce years ago when they were a smaller company and the customer service is way better than it used to be. I would definitely use them again.

This is a very well designed app with as much flexibility and variety of options to manage your inventory and orders smoothly. If you are looking for an app to manage Google shpopping, you won't find a better option. The app works flawlessly and is quite user friendly. I was a little tensed before using the app as I had limited knowledge of google shopping but the I found this CED app and it was the perfect solution for all my needs. Their support team is very firendly, professional and hard working. They have in depth knowledge of Google shopping. You can reach them anytime and will not be dissapointed. Though Google makes a lot of changes here and there, but these app guys provide detailed support and updates regarding the changes. I have learned a lot about google ads and got info on areas i never knew before. Great company and great app!

TREMENDOUS customer service! A+++ When I installed the app, I was contacted by their rep via WABIZ right away, and received loads of hand-holding to get Google merch up and running. Friendly and available, even with the big time difference (12 hours). Will do as much work with this company as I can afford! Thank goodness for this app.

Starting using this app over a week ago - simple to add your products to google and any problems with feeds Dixy has quickly helped us resolve . Manisha is also helping us optimize our google ads and so far already we are seeing possible results and extra traffic to our website.
