Very simple to use and install. Makes managing your FAQ content a breeze. Not very customizable in terms of styling YET (think it's coming) but Tomas is super responsive and helpful with any specific changes you might need...

This is a great app! It was just what I needed. Easy to install and even easier to use. I had a small styling issue but the support staff attended to it immediately and at no cost. Very glad I found this app and installed it. Big thumbs up to them!

Great App! For me and most other users out there this app provides and effective, simple and easy solution. I have tried to create a good FAQ through: -Shopify Page Design -Inserting my own specific codes into a page -Tested three other help center type apps (Note this is my personal assessment based on my limited knowledge of web programming) 1) Help Center VS. Shopify Page Creation -Creating Shopify pages are super easy but the design is limited to your theme and may not be adaptable for easy reading on an FAQ type section. This is important to note as customers expect an easy to read FAQ to answer their immediate questions and a regular themed page will not do it. Result: I'm going to learn to throw some style coding... 2) Help Center vs Shopify + Styling -So this process took me to add a little styling to the html/css code to make it look better. This worked after a few hours of playing around with things. Then, on another note, I decided to change my whole FAQ section and... to my sadness.. my code needed to be re-done... Result: This didn't work either for myself as my coding skills are not up to par. 3) Help Center vs. FAQ/Help Apps -I tested a bunch of the listed apps liked zendesk and some lesser known apps. Alot of them were very well done and provided a huge array of value and customization. Only problem was, my main concern was a cool/easy to read/and integrated to my theme faq section. These apps provide integration for help/support through email and agents but our 1-2 person back office did not need this level. Also, a few of the apps had excellent help desk style forums but they were located on their hosted site. I could customize the look of these hosted setups nicely but honestly I didn't really have the time to update as I like to follow this process: Customer sends email asking a question/Sends Facebook/Instagram/etc -> I respond with a thoughtful and supported answer -> I take this question/answer and generalize it and add to my FAQ since I assume if one person maybe 5 are wondering bout it -> Add to FAQ and call it a night As of now (I have only tested Help Center for one day) - it completes my above goals with easy and no frustration. This is a free app so the expectation of impressive integration and tools are not needed. But, I would expect once the app has some critical mass of users this basic setup will definitely be a big draw to those small companies with huge growth dreams. I think it is important to pay for hard work of developers and I really appreciate a free app to see if the functionality fits your individual business processes. One thing I would like to see: -The ability to add this to multiple pages or have a bunch of individual help centers on one site (EG. One for shipping/Product Info/etc) Otherwise, very impressed and looking forward to building my content with this app!

A lovely lovely app...much needed and was on a look out for something like this for over 4 months now. Finally, we have it and its free. Hope it stays free forever :) Great stuff team!! Would love to be able to reposition categories and an option of showing only the key categories on the page, currently with more than 25 FAQS the page gets longer and longer. However, I am sure these things will be fixed sooner than we can think.
