I have been using HireNinja for a while now. It is super helpful, replies fast, the replies are very relevant and it even takes orders for us. This is something I have always been looking for. The customers do not have to wait for responses, and the responses can be tailored to one's needs and style. And as it continues to learn, it only gets better with time. The customer service is top-notch too.
