Really easy to use, and extremely useful! The best thing of this app is that, if you have any trouble with the installation or you need any customization, Eldar (from support) will help you thorugh it!

I have used this app since 2017. Yes , there are glitches here and there from time to time but not to worry at all because their customer service and support is the best I have experience so far! . They reply to me immediately and fix the problem immediately. And very recently ,I encounter a problem with my site ( and turned out it was not caused by this app), I was back and forth with Shopify guru for a week whom both refers me to my theme developer (Out of Sandbox). And it took my theme developer (Out of Sandbox) 1 week to reply to me, and they didn't even try to fix my site or look into the problem thoroughly, instead they ask me to contact Growave because they assume the problem was caused by Growave. I contacted Growave via email and they fix my site problem within 1 hour, and explained to me what caused the problem which could be caused by other new apps that I have recently installed. In conclusion, Growave customer service is awesome! I am not a techie person, so having a very reliable customer support is crucial for me. I am a very happy customer !

I installed the app, however I'm not that tech savvy. I emailed the support email provided and I received a response immediately! Make long story short, Kalys helped me out and resolved my problem. He was very helpful and installed everything for me. I'm very happy with the customer service!!!!! :)

Awesome app. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use. Looks great.... and to top it all off - the customer service is unmatched in comparison to any other developers for anything else. (and trust me, I've tried out all sorts of everything) lol

Really great support, these guys installed the app on my website and helped me made a couple of small style tweaks too. The layout of the gallery is well thought out and easy to navigate. Our Instagram has always generated a lot of interest, I'm excited to finally be able to let customers shop by the pics they love!

The team behind this is amazing. They're incredibly responsive to questions and feedback. The user interface is very easy to manage and maintain. I've tested several other instagram shoppable apps and this is by far one of the best apps out there, particularly because of the ability to create galleries with specific hashtags so this is handy for companies that have distinct product lines or want to get creative with promoting products. I'm confident this app will only get better.

Great app and great customer service! I neeeced galleries in every single One of my product pages and also in my regular pages and homepage . Eldar from shopable instagram help me set them up and pretty much did everything for me thank you so much for making our life easier, thank you so much for your constant support !

We're super impressed with the Shoppable Instagram app and the developer's outstanding customer service! We wanted a way to showcase our instagram photos on our website. Not only can we show our photos, but customers can also shop for our products by clicking on the photos. Nice! We didn't know how to embed the app on our site, so we sent an email request to the developer and he helped us out immediately. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Here at Sensual Shoes & Clothing Boutique, we have been working hard for a couple of years to build our business and also on finding the right business partners to fit our store and mantra. With so many choices, it's always a trial and error. However, with Shoppable Instagram Galleries we hit jackpot. We installed the app and quickly found that we are not great with codes or embeds. We contacted Shoppable Instagram at 1 am pacific time in a panic thinking we destroyed our store that we have taken almost 2 years to perfect. They contacted us back at 1:01 am and had us up and running by 1:15 am. They were quick, reliable, and responsive. And that is just the customer service aspect. In terms of the app; there are many somewhat similar apps out there but none of them seem to give the complete service. Our goal is to have our followers purchase our products we show on Instagram. Shoppable Instagram does just that as it flawlessly connects our feeds to our home page of our site. But the best part of this app is the ability to TAG your post from the app, add the contact comments, and set it up so it links right to the item in your store. Big plus for us and it's easy task that takes seconds. Game changer for us. Highly suggest you get this app.

This app is amazing! I wasn't sure where to embed the code so I emailed Eldar and he promptly responded with a resolution. I have the free plan now but will be upgrading. Thank you!
