We were 5 minutes before booking enterprise plan, whatsapp add on and marketing add on.... so about 100$/monthly... but first, we wanted a recommendation which ai bot from THEIR PARTNERS (you can see on their own website) would meet our needs, because we couldnt find the informations. Yes its stressfull, yes it's not their product, but it was only one question - and I'm sure this happended before... and from the agent it was really just like sorry, i have no answer, have a nice day, bye.... ok, thanks for nothing. Why should I put my money in this company? So that my company has still zero help? no thanks. We are beyond frustated about this behaviour and will continue our journey to find a good partner, with customer support for us also.

El Chat es bueno, pero no tiene ninguna integración con Shopify, ni clientes, pedidos, etc. Por el resto es buena app. Ojalá pudieran sincronizar información que serviría para hacer seguimiento fácilmente.

C'est une application vraiment utile et pratique qui aide au travail d'équipe. Cela économise du temps et des efforts.Tout ce dont nous avons besoin est dans l'application. Nous n'avions pas besoin d'une autre application pour des fonctionnalités supplémentaires. Une application propre, simple et compréhensible.

O JivoChat tem todos os recursos necessários para um bom atendimento ao cliente. Além disso, o suporte da empresa é proativo e atencioso.

Adorei aplicativo, utilizo em todas plataformas de serviço que ja prestei, dese Cartx e Shopify. porém o valor aqui na shopify tem um custo muito alto.

An O.K. app, but tricky. Beware it´s very difficult to remove, once you request to cancel your account, they are supposed to send you a code to your email which of course, never arrives, so they won´t let you cancel your account that easy. even deactived, the app still runs on my website. It´s a pain in the neck. I should have never installed this app!
We are sincerely sorry for your experience. We see that you have uninstalled Jivo widget from your website already. To uninstall Jivo from your website, you do not need to cancel your account. Via, Shopify Apps you can uninstall Jivo, thus widget will disappear. Anyways, we will review our account cancellation process as well to figure out what went wrong. We are sorry to see you go, but we are always at your help and ready to solve your problems. Please expect a mail/call from our side. Regards.

I think it's one of the best. Easy to learn and integrates very well. It's been a short time since I started using it, but for now there's no problem and I'm glad

The app seems very good to me although it lacks several things, I do not understand its operation well and the technical assistance to understand is very bad.

I just recently migrated from Yahoo platform to Shopify (www.blingcartel.com) and I was having issues with integrating the JivoChat app after the transition. I got in contact with Juan at JivoChat and he was very patient with me and we actually figured it all out while he stayed with me on chat. The chat app is now working great on Shopify and I am super happy with the customer service. Thanks so much!

This App is great! It helps our store so much & staying in touch with our customers is a bonus as it helps them feel at ease. There are so many amazing features to this App! Defiantly an APP you would want as an online store to help your customers reach you without hassle - I love the feature of having the option to download the APP on one's phone so you are always up to speed with customers sending messages. Really helpful App. Glad I stumbled upon it. Helps me talk to customers easily and also helps them out. I have been using it for almost 3 years. Despite the replacement of the platform.

I moved from another APP to Jivo as it has further and enhanced capabilities. I am really pleased with it and the support I received from Divya. Thank you and definitely recommend it.

O aplicativo faz o que promete e ajuda nas conversões. Precisa apenas ter a opção de não aparecer quando o visitante o fecha durante a navegação e só retornar aparece se ele recarregar a página.

used another app and then turn to Jivochat, like the fucntion- proactive invitation, we 've seen more customer involved leave messages and look for advice. Very helpful for final conversion. Used 15 trial days and now just paid for pro version, so far so good. Divya helped much when we had an issue processing payment, it is system bug and we waited for 2 weeks for solution, finally okay now.

I would love to give a shout out to Carlos, I was having a lot of issues getting this attached to my Shopify store. For some reason the plug-in didn't want to work and one of the customer service members even made a whole step by step video for me to install manually, but unfortunately it still did not help. Then when I went back for help I got Carlos (Que the angelic music) He took a look at my settings and it was just a little filter I had selected that was my issue. Everything was right in the world and the app was working perfectly. But then I thought I would do some clean up since I some how made multiple channels. I couldn't get it to work again. I reached out and got Carlos again!! He got me back up and running. I really love this add on to my Shopify store. Would highly recommend!! My favorite feature is that I can see when I have visitors in my store and what they are looking at so I can be proactive and reach out to my customer while on the site.

It a really good app for the cost the free version has a lot of stuff and will soon be upgrading to the paid one. I can now talk to customers live on the site and help them if they had any concerns. Divya really helped me out when it came to setting it up on my website and customization.
