The developers have been super responsive addressing any of my questions or concerns, even though right now I am using their free plan. I am super satisfied with their customer service and the app itself has been working well so far. I was able to customize our email sequence efficiently and nicely. Melanie has been super helpful going out of her way to help me with my questions. Melanie has been a top notch representative of the company!
