There is absolutely no way we'd be doing our business the way we do without Ordercup. Our entire business is currently run by my wife and myself and her job is our "shipping department." The duplication of effort creating labels, doing international shipping forms and all the work to move customer data from Shopify to our USPS account, plus managing it is just not possible with 5-15+ orders a day and one person managing all of the shipping. Ordercup is our "intern" that does all the grunt work and makes it all happen. Plus, their team is responsive and will call you personally if you're having problems and work you through the issues. Functionality, efficiency and speed are #2 in our requirements, support is #1. Ordercup brought both (you never realize how much support matters until shopify decides to change something and mess with you). Literally saves hours of time doing data entry and management. If you're a small shop trying to grow and need a way to get there, ordercup is your way to get there.
