Works great and seamless. Had a few problems that were really my misunderstanding. I submitted a support ticket, got an immediate phone call and they walked me through everything. Makes shipping really easier. Thanks guys

I just started a brand new business and was overwhelmed with all the choices in shipping options. Thankfully I stumbled across OrderCup. They explained all my options and walked with me step by step to help me ship my first order. Not only was it easy and convenient, but I saved a ton in shipping. Thank you so much for all your help and the great customer service!

OrderCup is great! Loving it so far, would not be using shopify if it wasn't for this app.

We've used OrderCup for the past few months and we love it! Makes running the online store so much easier. The integration with multiple carriers and printing to the Zebra Thermal Printer really is simple. Plus, it makes your packages look far more professional not having to tape the labels to the packages. Very good customer support as well. They have been very helpful with setting up the store and even little tricks like mapping the customers selected shipping method to the drop-down item: making shipping their package even fewer steps.

This app should be called Simplify..... By far the best shopify app experience i had. Don't hesitate get the app especially if you have multiple stores.

Incredible customer service! I'm running two websites and this App takes care of the shipping for both. Beats standing in line at the post office!

I has a problem printing shipping labels and customer service was responsive and solved the problem quickly. Would use it again!

This is the BEST order processing APP I have ever seen. Helps organize and ship as well as notify customers of their order progress. Technical Support is unbelievable they will remain on the phone until your problem is resolved or question is answered. I HIGHLY recommend!

This is my first experience with OrderCup but I can tell it is going to be a good partnership. The online chat function was great! Received immediate assistance and problem solved in less than a minute! Customer service is over the top and the functionality of the app is going to save me tons of time. Very well done!

Brand new to Order Cup but so far the Customer Support has been top notch! Great online chat feature and within literally minutes of needing help you get called/contacted via chat. Very patient support also. Puts you at ease to ask as many questions as you have. Makes you feel like your not going it alone. Well done Support staff keep up the good work !!

I just launched my store and along with I am using Ordercup for my shipping and label needs. Odercup has been fantastic to work with! They are very responsive and setting up was a breeze.
