Edit: App developers have quickly updated this app to allow the option to turn the exit pop-up on mobile - PROBLEM SOLVED! Very quick customer service. App does what I need it to.... on desktop browsers. Does anyone else have the problem that when someone visits your site on mobile, it pops up RIGHT AWAY? I understand its difficult to know when someone is leaving the site on a browser as there is no "mouse movement"... but if this is the case then there should be an option to turn this OFF on mobile devices. Customers are seeing my huge discount incentive pop up as soon as they visit instead of as a last minute attention grabber to get them to stay.. definitely not my intention.

Prefer no stars. They don't respond to support emails. I haven't had new names added to my list since last year when my site tells me I've had hundreds.
My sincere apologies you’re having issues with the app. Our support strives to answer all emails within 24 hours. Unfortunately I’m not seeing any emails from your account for some reason though. I've attempted to contact you directly at the email address you have on file to further assist you. Alternatively, if you can forward or resend your email to our support again we can assist you with that issue as soon as possible that way as well.

Great customer experience and love the app so far. Very easy to use and good user experience. I would highly recommend this app for a simple, easy to use pop-up functionality.

Super app, works just how I wanted, and looks great on mobile too! I wanted a slight change to the default and emailed through an enquiry, it was answered almost immediately and solved for me. Great service!

The app is simple to use and provides a pop-up offering our promotion. It is extremely easy to change the promotion. It is a valuable tool for us.

Its a nice app to use! Its easy to make your own pop ups!! Easy, took no time at all to get this one up and working.

Have just started to test this App - initially using the basic plan - it is very easy to set up. The App uses Canva for design purposes with is perfect for our business. The App also allowed us to make all the changes that we needed and looks very good on our home page. Once our test is complete & depending on the results, may well look to move to a paid plan where we can start to test the mail chimp integration. Side Street Studio

Great app for an e-commerce site like ours, However, few key customization features are lacking (Ex: ability to modify the type, color of the submit button and the email text box.

User friendly + very easy to customize. I was resistant to pop ups, but I've doubled my email list in a month. My one complaint is that the cutomized settings (e.g. how often you set the popup to appear) don't apply to your shop's mobile interface, so I had to email them to personally change the mobile popup. Aside from that: fabulous.
