I added this app on 15 July and by 6 August I reached out for help from Lifter Apps as I wasn't satisfied with the number of signups I was getting for my monthly wedding planning newsletter. They made some suggestions about revising the image and copy using Canva and as of today, I have doubled my sign-up rate in half the time. Well done, Lifter Apps! I would definitely recommend you use them.

I started out with a one-star review based on slow customer service. The support team did end up getting back to me not too long after and answered my questions thoroughly so I added stars. I like that the pop-up comes up only once in a 24 hour period so my customers are not bothered by it repeatedly popping up every time they go to our website. I would recommend Pop-Up Window especially if you use Shopify.

This app is brilliant - so easy to use! I used their free service along with Canva for the layout to update our customers on our lead time and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality pop-up that we created. No cheesy pop-ups over here! This app will certainly be a mainstay for our shop.

The Pop-Up Window app has made a positive impact on sales. We are growing the subscribers base 4 times as fast than before implementation of the app. The integration was easy, as was the set-up. This was one of the easy ones to see its value quickly. We just saw the newsletter subscribers list sign-up numbers before and after and the results were obvious.

5 stars, hands down. It's easy to use, looks brilliant, and comes with the best customer service I have ever seen--E.g. I wanted to increase the email input field size and reached out to the customer support team when I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. Evan responded, typed up the html code to make it look how I wanted, entered the code himself, AND notified me of other functions I wasn't using that he thought I would benefit from. Did everything it says. Very easy to use. Good addition will be the ability to control on which pages the pop-up appears and I believe the team are working at introducing this feature. Very happy with app.

This is a great App. I first purchased a cheaper one from a different developer but the pop up box I created looked really bad and the image clarity was poor. I then purchased this App and created a pop-up box in about 20 minutes and it looks much more professional and easily integrated with MailChimp. There are a lot more options to tailor the formatting with this App than with a cheaper one.

Just started using it, it was very easy to make my own from canva. Then it was up and running within 1 hour. And that time was just me deciding on colors and such. It was up and "on" in about 5 minutes. VERY easy to use. Love it

We have been very impressed with Lifter Apps responsiveness and flexibility to make the necessary adjustments to their app so it would display well on our site. Each and every time our site ran into an obstacle with this app, Evan Jacobsen went out of his way to overcome the obstacle. It's so rare to find someone that really cares to help their customer and does it 24/7. We really like this app and so far it works exactly as advertised. I highly recommend it.

Great app for collecting email addresses from customers. It's both simple and effective. I would highly recommend this app if you have a Shopify site.

Much much much better than any other lightbox or popup app we've used on our site. Customer service was impeccable. Evan helped us by doing all of the requested custom formatting we needed and even made recommendations about how we could improve sign ups without us even asking. If there was an option for 6 stars...this app would have my vote.

Great way to utilize pop-ups to gain client email addresses in exchange for an offer. We have then integrated Mail Chimp to build our email marketing list for client only offers, newsletters, content, and discount codes during holidays. Nice app!

Thanks to the customer service rep, we were able to have not only our mailing list linked, but also to add a promo code displayed to people who liked our Facebook page! Just got the app a few days ago, and still testing the ROI, but so far so good!
