I just started on Shopify and I chose printify because of reviews and the fact that I could check the products they have with a supplier I use so I know the quality. I placed 2 sample orders then pulled my products listed with them. The sample prints from the two orders were inconsistent. The print area didn't match the tiny print area offered on their design software. Some were too big, others too small. In my order I received two shirts from someone else's order, including the shipping label for them. I notified printify who kept asking me to take pictures and then more pictures so they could fix the problem, despite that everything they needed was in the first pictures I sent. I'm not here to jump through hoops to fix their problems. I contacted the shop they messed up the order on directly so they will be able to deal with Printify.

After years, they still do not offer downloadable .csv files for orders and transactions.

Good selection although printing quality is sub-par. I have a customer currently waiting 3 months for their order. I am located in North America

If I could rate zero stars, I would. DO NOT trust this company to make quality products for your buisness. They have ruined 75% of my orders over the past few months. The quality of printing is GARBAGE. This last sweater which a customer ordered, looks like whoever made it was drunk. The lines are bled, the logo is ruined. This is ANOTHER $35 sweater, which I cannot be refunded for. When I tried to contact customer support, they told me I have to schedual a call with a 3rd party customer servicer company. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. PRINTIFY IS A SCAM. If you want more details, call my cell at 480-686-7842. Ill tell you all about how Printify continues to steal and lie to its customers. If there was an option to upload photos here, I would upload photos of the $200+ in bad printing. Oh, and no refunds. Scammers. You are what is wrong with America. Taking advantage of people will bite you in the butt in the long run.

So a customer ordered a t shirt off my store from printify and I contacted them because they did fufuill my order. Then I reached out to them because I new something was wrong and basically they didn't give a S*** and sent me the following email. Hi Rodney, I hope you are doing well. Recently our Team discontinued Colorado Timberline from DTG product fulfillment, due to quality issues. Already created products can still be produced by the CT, however new products can't be created. Our Marketing team sent notification emails about this on 21st February. As an alternative print provider, we integrated MyLocker, which has similar products and good pricing. Moreover, MyLocker quality and turnaround time is much better. If you have any other questions or need help, please feel free to reach out to us anytime. This is rediculous and now my customer is pissed. Use printful or somebody else this company sucks and does not give a crap about there clients. The WORST print provider ever. They have not shipped out orders from November. Their customer support team does not know what they are doing. They just send some auto-response and they charge for the service they cannot do properly. I'm working with Printify from the beginning, they were good until 2 years ago. Now they are the worst POD.

There is no way to contact any one on the phone. They screwed up, and my package is lost. I ordered my products by ArtGun, one of there printers. No number for Artgun or Printify. Printful, another printer on demand has phone support. Looks like I'll be going to them!!!!!! If they ever find my package I will update you.

So I just received a tshirt sample today and not only is the print blurry and faded purple-black but there's stains all over it like someone spilled a coffee and just decided to wash and reuse it. I wouldn't even sell this shirt for a dollar. Their customer service is awful it takes hours to days just to get a response and there's no phone number you can call. Any problems you have they basically tell you there's nothing they can do about it. I've been also having big problems with their shipping calculations on my website. I'm switching over to Printful this is a terrible company. Update: I used Printify for mugs & pillows as well on my site. I've also tried to order posters from them and the printing is all off. Please don't waste your time with these people. As someone who takes pride in her company and wants good products for her customers this is not the way to go. If you're looking for cheap products and don't really care about the quality then go ahead!

The interface is easy to use. But don't be fooled. I ordered samples and then turned everything off I spent time building. I was glad I did order them; although, the customer service was not helpful. They ended up refunding "as goodwill" items that were done incorrectly. Policy is to remake only. Printing is awful with most vendors, or cheap fabrics, or worse, chemical smells that don't go away. they never understood that this all represents my brand to my customers and it just wasn't good enough. When I said the product came in with sticky residue all over the shirt, they said, " wash it." Because I hadn't thought of that? I just don't want it delivered like this to my customer. In the end I gave up trying to get help or understanding. I turned off the app and decided to share my review. Make some products, order some samples, decide for yourself.

When we choosed to work with this app we read many different reviews from users but we never thought that we would be one of the BAD REVIEWS on our FIRST MONTH experience. Looks like they are "training new people" so they don't have time to reply to many emails sent by us to the only customer service provided. We paid 19 dolars for the Premium Service wich as been terrible! After 20 days waiting we got our first order but unfortunately with the WRONG design. We are working with a provider from the UK because our store is in Portugal and we wanted to have a quick service on orders delivery. 20 days?! Ok... but with the wrong design? Are we supposed to send it back again and wait for 20 more days to expect for a new tshirt?! We feel very ashamed with this and we are now removing our services with them. We expect our samples refund money from the (worst) Premium Service and Customer Service ever!

Wow this is easily the worst app in the store, stay right away from it! The manufacturers have the worst quality in the industry and customer service takes days and days to answer. Do it yourself you will be better off.

An absolute horror show. If you want to lose money and ruin your reputation with your customers this is the go to place. First I had someone order a few shirts and I had Printify do the job. The customer ordered shirts with skulls on them only to wind up getting Christmas sweaters with cats on them in the mail for the holidays that we do not even carry. Nice work Printify. Now to the latest screw up -Customer orders six shirts, I place the order through Prinify and they say the design is not centered when it clearly is as they have already printed the shirt in the past. I responded within an hour and told them they were wrong and to go ahead and print it and I have been ignored for 3 days now with an angry customer wanting a refund, more lost money and more lost customers. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this company, What a joke!

The absolute worst customer service. Absolutely infuriating. You will lose time and money using this app. Don't make the same mistake we did. Also, if you choose ArtGun as your shipping provider, expect it to take 2 weeks for them to deliver 1 shirt and half the time it'll come wrong or with stains on it.
