This is ridiculous that I can't even email my subscribers without opting in to the monthly plan. Going to delete and choose a competitor after our launch!!

Just downloaded this Privy app, and still exploring. Thus it is still too early to give a honest review now. So, i have to give a 3* rating to be neutral now. I am forced to write about this app, so i have downgrade the ratings to 1* now

The customer support behind this business is shity. I submitted a Complaint and someone reached out to me Via email one time and never responded to me again. I even explained early on how I wanted to cancel my subscription and downgrade back to the free account because the paid account is not worth the extra money. A few weeks later (still no reply from the original agent who reached out or anyone else from privy) they still charged my card. DO NOT pay for a subscription it is a complete waist of money.

This app has many glitches and if difficult to operate. The email pop up just layers each element on top of one another instead of listing the elements one below the last.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for any frustration you are experiencing. The elements are layered so that you can create different design effects and control exactly how your pop up looks. You can also reorder the layers by dragging and dropping them so that they look and behave the way you would like. We always recommend the form and submit button being the top two layers so that nothing is blocking that experience. If you need help, give us a shout at [email protected]

NOT A MAILCHIMP REPLACEMENT. Price for email service more expensive than mailchimp. Complicated integrations with no phone support available. Email reply from support 2 days after submission. Of course you can talk with sales at nauseam. Attempted to cancel within the first hours of signing up and was told no refund possible. Make sure to do your homework before aligning your business email needs with Privy.

The app should have the option to change the campaings for the "sign ups". Also it would be great if you adapt the app to different languages like spanish, it will be very useful.
