Well, I just spent an hour making a newsletter sign-up pop, and SAVED it,and I'm not sure where it is or how to find it.

I set the campaign but most times it does not show on website, that's sucks. I think there's some delays of your hot service.

Extremely Dissatisfied. I upgraded my account in order to send abandon cart emails, I did so and I am still unable to send abandon cart emails. I was also over charged for my subscription. I have now been trying to get in contact with Privy for nearly 2 weeks via both their online support and multiple emails on there contact page and still have had no response. The worst customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I'm sorry for this experience. I've flagged this for the support team and you should be hearing from us shortly if you haven't already.

This app seems useless, and doesn't function good. Really frustrating. I set the campaign but most times it does not show on website. workers doesn't respond to emails Experience was very bad. rate is poor.

I will review once I have it up and running. Kind of silly to ask for a review during the setup process, don't you think? I resent the popup not accepting this review and assume it is because it was too short. Okay, that wasn't it at all. Perhaps you don't allow one star reviews???

really slow to use and seems very basic. not too sure if ill use this for much longer. very generic designs

With the Privy designer, you can change almost anything and we see a lot of customers building really cool displays. Total waste of time and money. The free version did nothing we wanted it to so we upgraded to the $79 version and found it was very overpriced with basic functionallity (there are plenty of free options out there doing the same thing). We politely requested a refund which we were told NO. $$$ down the drain

I installed it and within 2 hours it stopped working. I don;t have the time or inclination to submit a faukt report within such a short time.

I just started using this app, I cannot give a review at this time. When i have used it for a while then you may get a review, Unfair to ask for one before I could had a chance to use it.

This app installs on the theme, although Shopify CLEARLY indicates that it's not optimal to do that. Because of apps like these, website load slower. Why pay money to the developers who don't do the right thing and don't think about their clients?

Design is good but my shopify customers would have terrible user experience if we choose the free plan. Tried signup campaign. The gray privacy label out of window and the fixed 10% OFF window are ruining user's shopping experience. I wish there were pics upload function here so every1 can see them. You can do better, privy.

The registering of sending domains just fails to work properly. It will randomly change from saying things are verified to saying that they aren't, while saying that the expected value is the exact same as the found value.
