I wish I could write a better review because I feel that this product has potential. But it is lacking SERIOUSLY in a couple different areas. The workflow to create a customization that has rules for it is incredibly obtuse. You can't make edits templates- only delete and start over. Templates apply the conditional logic but only display that the options are applied to the product. Sometimes the options appear twice on products in my store. Sometimes they appear even though none are applied. Other times they are missing the conditional logic. And support is HORRENDOUS. Strangely they reach out almost every day via email but almost never respond to requests for help.

I've spent a bit of time reviewing the conversation strings and your challenges, and I do see where you would have lost faith in our team, even though they were trying hard to give the help needed... So my personal apologies that this didn't go very well. It's fairly rare that we can't get requests taken care of in a timely manner and get folks stores who add our app to be where they need to be to work well with it. I'm sorry that you felt you had to leave us a negative review. But if you'll give me a chance, I'd like to personally do all I can to earn a few more stars from you, and help you get any other issues with the app ironed out for your store? This app just makes everything so much better! I can get my customers to provide information needed for their purchase and a file upload to cut out them having to email it or text it which is just so much effort. This reduces the effort and it works GREAT! Sean helped get things on board and was quick to address my concerns! Its like someone is available around the clock! Keep it up! I highly recommend!!

Product Options and Customizer has been a game changer for my business. It enables us to give our customers many options. Customer support has been excellent. They respond quickly and are very thorough.

Did not work with Testament Theme and other issues. Cannot display as I want and would add weird products and cost to cart. Deleted and reverted the liquid files. Nothing but hassle ... and support do not work the weekend so be prepared if you are trying on a live shop.

We use this app to allow customers to upload their files and choose options prior to adding to cart. It works well and support is great. Nice app!

Only just started using this app but works well for the initial couple of products I've used it for. Easily installed, support does all the work if necessary and response is very quick indeed.

This app is perfect for allowing products to be customised by the customer with a an additional cost if necessary. I love that there was not need for installing any code myself, with the installation and upgrade handled totally by the support. The support team's communication is 5* with adjustments to the code being made quickly. This app and the support comes highly recommended in my opinion.

Support simply not exists. After installation "get notified when back in stock" field disappears. "Required" field does not force to be filled out.

Unfortunately you happened to install our app just before the weekend, and now on Monday when our support team is back in, we went in to fix these couple of simple issues... and you had already left this review and removed our app. ***PLEASE NOTE: Our team fixes simple issues like this every day, and each small "kink" that needs to be worked out is different for every theme in the Shopify ecosystem. So every theme has it's quirks, but WE CAN FIX THEM, and we do. Simply give our team up to 24 business hours (standard for all Shopify apps), and we will get er' done! This user simply didn't give us that time frame to work these simply kinks out for their theme.

This is your best option for a basic product customization apps. Shopify limitations hinder such features by default, but Product Options and Customizer do their best to accommodate any needs within Shopify constraints. Support is helpful and responds within 24HR

We made some changes and had an issue with Product Customizer. We contacted app support and recieved really quick service. Daniel was very helpful and resolved our problem almost immediately after we contacted them.

I had some problems installing the app but the suport was fantastic and solved my problems. And Now i have ti say that is a really good app with great suport.

The app is GREAT! I sell only customizable items and it perfectly works. I suggest the Premium Plan with which you can add prices to variants and set your own conditional logics. I could not imagine to work without it!

The team correcting some code problems on my product pages, completely destroyed my pages! After trying to contact them to solve the problems on my product pages caused by their application, they do not want to answer me anymore, because they did a stupid thing that they can not fix, it's crazy when you know how much we pay them !!
Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I show that you emailed us on July 17th asking for help - just before the weekend unfortunately. On July 20th our agent Daniel was actively looking into your issue (and you were kind enough to follow up with us by email that same day). Daniel then continued to look into it on the 21st and was a bit stumped. So I emailed you on the 22nd letting you know we were actively looking into it and promised you a response that night from our best tech agent. On the 23rd we each exchanged emails and Daniel's last reply to you is that perhaps you were looking at a different store of yours than the one we had been working on... because he had fixed your issue at that point. His last email to you was: Hello again, Are we looking at the same shop? (link) See attached image... Regards, Daniel And we have not received a reply from you since then... please let us know if you still have concerns or issues here, we really want to make sure things are the way you need them to be now. This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! UPDATED - Again super fast support. Thanks Aman!

I would give it 3.75 stars it does what it says and the customer support is exceptional. I had to pay extra to allow additional payment options. What I don't like is that when you make an addition to the cart it changes the # of cart items whit is confusing to the customer. Just not a seamless cart integration and it looks unprofessional.
