I wanted to share my experience. I had some issues I encountered with the app. Initially, I reached out for assistance through live chat, but it didn't go as planned. However, after contacting the support team, I received a prompt response, and everything seemed to be on track until I didn't get a reply back. It turns out they were on holiday, unfortunately, I wasn't informed, leading to some confusion on my end. I had been patiently waiting for updates, unaware of the situation. Despite this initial hiccup, they later apologized multiple times and addressed the few problems I was facing. I truly appreciate their efforts in resolving the issues.
