The Qstomizer app is one of the best customization apps. Ramon is easy to work with and will get to the source of any problem, fixing it in a short amount of time. Once you get used to the app, it is pretty easy to adjust it to fit your exact needs. If you are looking to get do customized products, this is the app for you.

UPDATE: A year later and I am still absolutely loving this app. Ramon's customer service is outstanding, and he always delivers on time when I need new products added. Thank you for an amazing app and great service! By far the most amazing customizing app available and outstanding customer service! After months of struggling with another app (unanswered emails, delays in response etc) I contacted Ramon. He replied almost immediately with a solution to my needs and within a couple of days had me sorted. I have never received better service and am extremely happy with this amazing app. By offering customized products in your store and using an app for the customization, you basically put your business in someone else's hands. My experience with the previous app was a nerve-wrecking situation and I was constantly on edge, loosing customers and cancelling orders because no one ever bothered to reply to me or assist me. With Qstomizer it was the complete opposite. I will highly recommend this app to anyone with confidence! Thank you Ramon and the team at Big Van Studios for taking care of me - you are by far the best!

I cannot say enough about Ramon and his fantastic assistance. I knew what I wanted and at times had problems explaining but he understood my nuances and now the program is working like a dream. As a new business owner it was so important to test everything over and over so that my store is working 24 hours a day. This app gives me the confidence that it can happen and if there's a problem I can be honest to my customers and tell them we'll fix it. Great job Ramon and your team. This app is just what I needed. Qstomizer has provided me a platform that is a pinnacle for my brand to succeed. The customer service was by far the best compared to any of the other product customizer apps I found on Shopify. The app needed quite a bit of changes for it to work the way I needed it for my website and brand. All I have had to do to remedy these issues is send an email and they have all been taken care of quickly. I definitely would highly recommend this app!

Once used to configuring own products it is a great app and can't find another to match its functionality. Looks really professional on our website www.petniche.co.uk. Though we have only recently installed the app, it can be said that Qstomizer provides a thoroughly crafted user experience, hitting all the basics and adding customizability for specialized needs. The customer service provided is incredible, specifically Ramon who assisted our team in integrating the app and navigating errors that occurred due to our theme's preexisting settings. Thus far Qstomizer has proved to be a quality app with dedication to rely on.
