I would highly recommend support is amazing! I wanted also to update, I wanted a feature in the app where I could set a minimum quantity, but not make a maximum quantity, well they actually added that feature and reached back out to me. I've got to say I've never had such a positive support experience, and I truly would recommend this app. Shoutout to Joy!
