PatternVine.com Of all the apps you can add to your Shopify store, this one is a MUST! We launched a new site using Shopify, and it's taken off really fast - which is great, but it has brought a slew of inquiries from every corner of our target market. Having a way to effectively respond to inquiries, show when we're "in the office" and when we're away in order to manage response expectations, and having the ability to create a really solid, searchable set of FAQ articles is absolutely invaluable!
