Any and every time I have had a question, the Shipping Easy support line staff has been able to talk me through a quick and painless solution. They are pleasant, professional and ALWAYS available. This is certainly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Kudos!

Ironically named ShippingEasy when it is nothing but difficult. The interface isn't bad, but when bugs do come up, don't expect any help. Their sales staff is easy to reach, bugging you by chat everytime you go to their site, but try to get support, good luck!!! The forums are useless taking days to get a response, and email is even worse with message going completely unanswered. Don't expect this to change anytime soon, the company was bought by Stamps.com, notorious for their terrible customer service.

Hands down my favorite shipping app (and we've used a few over the last five years). Really easy to use and very intuitive. We've been using it now for several weeks and have yet to encounter a problem. Thanks for a great product that does it all!

ShippingEasy is awesome! The customer service is even better, especially because of the chat option. It is slightly complicated to learn, but once you understand it and have your routine down, its a very well made, efficient shipping program.

Shipping Easy is great. Very easy to use and super convenient for order processing. There is a learning curve, but the customer service is fantastic and quickly repsonsive! Especially James (whom we've spoken to many times!) :)

Shipping Easy has really streamlined our shipping process. We sell on multiple websites (Amazon, Shopify and BigCommerce) and I am able to see all orders across all sites at once. They make printing packing slips, labels and pick lists a breeze. The pick list feature is especially great because I can pull all of the product at once regardless of what website the customer ordered from. I did not give a fifth star because of the disjointed relationship Shipping Easy has with Endicia. Whenever we have an issue with payment or postage it seems that Shipping Easy always passes the buck to Endicia and Endicia has terrible customer service and bizarre policies. I had to call them repeatedly for a refund of $300 that they owed us after closing our account. It took them about a month and there was nothing ShippingEasy could do. Over all ShippingEasy has been great, Endicia not so much.

Shipping easy is awesome...easy integration here and on a variety of other platforms to make doing business and shipping a breeze. Intuitive- no steep learning curve to use and helpful support when needed. Highly recommend!

I LOVE shipping easy for our store. It works perfectly, it allows our fulfillment team to process the orders all while I'm able to make sure it's all working smoothly. The ShippingEasy team is very helpful and reachable should you have any issues. I highly recommend!

So far we are loving Shipping Easy. We ship about 500 packages per month, mostly USPS. Its easy to use and we can print packing slips and labels for all the orders on a given day with a few clicks. It will learn rules that will speed up daily shipping. The customer service is top notch- a real live person answers the phone when you call - and they actually know their stuff. (unlike most of the "gurus" that I have dealt with). Seriously, loving it and would highly recommend. Excellent app. A must have if you sell on your own website & other marketplaces. Makes life so much easier. I have been using this since February 2016. Integration with the multiple stores I sell on is great. New features have been added. Easy to use and saves money.

Shipping Easy is AMAZING! Very easy and effective! The shipping discounts are great, as well as the customer service team! They are extremely easy to get ahold of and will GLADLY walk you through any issue you are having or even help you put new processes in place. Shout out Samantha and Bri. From easy integration, to easy customization it is a breeze to work with. In addition to being easy, their customer service has been outstanding. I used the free plan for some time before upgrading (once I passed 50 orders a month and wanted to integrate my Amazon and Amazon Handmade shops as well as my Shopify shop). ShippingEasy is awesome for getting started on the cheap, but it's also great once you've grown a bit as well. I love that I can print shipping labels for orders from multiple stores all in the same place, as one batch. It really streamlines my packaging and shipping process.
