I don't know how my shipping process had been if it wasn't for ShippingEasy. Name says it all, this app helps you ship orders with ease. Just fantastic!

Shipping Easy has been an incredible platform for us to scale our business. With it's functionality in creating shipping rules we have been able to automate our process to keep up with the rapid growth in orders. One of my favorite things has to be their Customer Service! Always available and super helpful. I'm excited to have found a shipping solution that can grow with us!

I LOVE these guys. I used a competitor before and I just like the use of the site better and the customer service got back to me within like 10 minutes. That is impressive. I even took a photo of a screen shot, sent it to them and they made sure my international shipping label was correct. Now THAT is service.

We've been using Shipping Easy for quite some time now. Honestly I wish I would have started using it when I first opened up for business. Its the super quick and easy to use, not to mention the best part. The pricing has saved us thousands already! This app should be attached to every web store that ships. In other words. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I came from using Stamps.com and although there are some differences that I miss from stamps.com, the customer service has been outstanding in training me in the ways of shipping easy. After my free 1 hour of training that is offered for new members, I knew my way around to get going on fulfilling my orders. Whenever I've had an issue or question I'm able to reach the customer service team easily through their online chat and I get my issues resolved quickly. Tyler and Rachael have been amazing and soo helpful!!

At first we loved shippingeasy, however, if there are ever issues on their end they tend to diflect any issues and point fingers at other systems/errors on other platforms (like shopify or USPS) when in reality, it's 100% shippingeasy. They treat you like a number and the ONLY major perk they have over most similar platforms is their discounted flat-rate green pricing. If you ship a LOT do not waste your time with them. I spent nearly $200k in postage alone in a year, never once did they accept responsibility for a HUGE flaw and error in their system. It really did not matter how much revenue I brought in through them, I was entirely disregarded. This flaw in THEIR system had cost me a LOT of money and many inventory issues. When we finally decided to switch to ShipHero, they knew we were leaving. We made it very clear. Despite this known fact, they had sales personnel continuously trying to contact us and ask us why our volume had gone down. There was no *note* or shared knowledge that we had major issues with them and that we were LEAVING. Most recently they decided to randomly charge us $63 after a few months of being done with their services. They did refund this back... however, they decided to also close my Endicia accounts which housed my records of hundreds of thousands of dollars of postage at this point. They acted as though they were doing me a service by closing them. I replied back to this automated email to not close with my Endicia accounts. They reported that they did not want the account to get their discounted rates from another provider. The thing is fully managed my Endicia account. I never once did I ever get their rates once I moved it over to ShipHero. If purchased on the shiphero platform i received THAT pricing. The rate did not associate where the account was originated. It ONLY changed my rate depending on which platform the shipping was purchased through. Otherwise, I would have completely understood this reasoning. But, I had a slightly higher rate AT times since using my Endicia account in ShipHero. This automatic termination in the middle of MY other accounts with Endicia completely shut down my shipping with my new system. How DARE them. I'm not working with Endicia to re-establish my same account to not lose my shipment history which greatly impacts my negotiated rates with other providers. That was beyond wrong. I have a huge list of deficits but you will learn yourself, the busier you get and more you grow - RUN. They are NOT able to even compete with companies like ShipHero. Fun fact - they used to require that you have two endicia accounts (one for first class and another for priority). When I signed on with ShipHero, they asked me why I had two accounts. That, in fact, was not necessary by any means. I had reported to them that ShippingEasy required this. Immediately thereafter, ShippingEasy sent a huge memo that told all customers to consolidate to one Endicia account. Funny... here this whole time we had been required to use two. Until SOMEONE else told them they hadn't needed to operate like this, they would likely be still forcing customers to have two separate accounts open. If this does not tell you their lack of knowledge in things, I'm not sure what else does.

Love it. Especially love the chat support option. Everything is pretty user friendly, so I don't have many issues, but any time something is unclear, I get a fast detailed response via chat. Thanks for making my life easier.

ShippingEasy has been a breeze to integrate and use. We have found it 100% better and more reliable than other shipping services we have used. We have had no issues with connectivity to Shopify, our orders are fulfilled with a tracking number consistently. Our shipping department also finds it easy and straight forward to use. Support is also fantastic! I would highly recommend using ship easy and your shipping solution.

It's seamlessly integrated with Shopify, with great rates WAY cheaper than if I shipped directly on the USPS site. Everything is easily tracked, customers are kept up to date, and the interface is stellar and easy to use. Their customer support is phenomenal!

This app is wonderful and saves me hours of time every week. I tried stamps.com and did not like it at all. Got a telephone solicitor call from ShippingEasy. WOW, their customer service was amazing. They walked me through every detail via telephone. I can't say enough good things about this app. Well worth the money I pay them, plus postage discounts are better than any other company I have found.

ShippingEasy is an exceptional app! We couldn't be happier with the simplicity it takes to operate, track, and coordinate our shipping processes. It integrates in every way we could imagine and makes our fulfillment process seamless! In addition, you cannot beat their fabulous customer service - very prompt, friendly, and willing to help.

Realizing the intricacies of different platforms communicating with one another, I was expecting various issues would arise in the early stages. There were none! A couple of minor questions about "How To" were answered through the extremely responsive Chat tool. It wouldn't have been any easier if I had an expert "IT" guy in the next office. Efficient, cost-effective, and convenient with an exceptionally intuitive interface.

This app has made my life so much easier. Best thing is how it syncs with your Shopify store and notifies the store when your orders are shipped and fulfilled. Really has helped automate my business and simplify shipping. Even international orders!!

ShippingEasy handles large order volume well. Even with over 30,000 orders to process, this app maintains its responsiveness. Label printing is a little slower than some other shipping apps, something to consider when dealing with high volume. Support has been good, and if something goes wrong it is generally corrected quickly. UPS Mail Innovations is not currently supported, though I'm told it's in development and should be available early next year. That and the slow label printing are the only 2 reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating.

ShippingEasy is the best! So easy to use, and the customer service is great. As soon as I got signed up Dave contacted me and walked me through EVERYTHING! He even gave me a live demo (how cool!). Anytime I need help with something, I can call, email, or chat the team and get help right away. I love how easy it is to purchase postage, and I love the feature where you can see the stage your shipments are at without having to click the tracking number. Everything is great and seamless.Thanks to everyone that has helped me so much! Best customer service I have ever experienced. I can't imagine anything better than this app. Thanks for making my life easier ShippingEasy!

We ship about 100 packages a week during our peak season and we've been using the app for almost a full year and we are very pleased with the functionality and improvements to the platform. We only gave it 4 stars..not because there are any reasons to hesitate to choose Shipping Easy.. there are a few things we'd like to see implemented in future updates. The main one is the way the app reports back to Shopify on partially filled orders...(and this may be a problem with Shopify more than Shipping Easy) but we often have orders with split fulfillment...meaning we fill some at one warehouse and some are filled from the manufacturer.. right now if we select only the items we're sending through Shipping Easy, the app cannot tell Shopify.. "don't mark everything as shipped..only these items" so when the customer gets an email it appears everything is shipped. But, again, that may be more of a Shopify issue... so bottom line if you're considering a shipping platform you won't go wrong with this one. We left Shippo after only 4 or 5 months to come to Shipping Easy because it was that much better.
