So far so good! We recently switched to ShippingEasy after manually entering shipping with Endicia for Mac. Not only has it saved us a lot of time but also a lot of money. The shipping rates are much better than what we were getting directly from Endicia. The customer service is also outstanding! Keep up the good work.

ShippingEasy turned out not to be the right solution for us at this time, but they were incredibly helpful and honest with us while trying to figure things out. We fully intend to revisit their service once our shipping needs are a little more advanced.

I wanted to express how grateful I am that someone from your company reached out to us at the end of the summer to tell us about your services. This year we had received some great press in prominent publications and online just prior to the holidays, which impacted our sales. We are a small but growing nonprofit organization and I wear many of the hats myself, including fulfillment. I just had to let you know that I would have had a nervous breakdown without the help of your app integrated with our Shopify store. It simplified my life tremendously, and the added bonus that it can handle international shipments as well was the sweetest icing on the cake, ever! I used to struggle with all of the paperwork for customs and now I don’t have to. Easy peasy. ShippingEasy is just that!

We have been using ShippingEasy for over a year now. It's easy to use & integrates with multiple channels seamlessly. I have called a few times with some questions on how-to & always received a prompt follow-up & answer to my inquiry. I also didn't think the rates could get any better than Commercial, but when we had to upgrade to the $29/mo plan -- I received better rates on Priority & Express, which has paid for the service. They always offer great tips, up-to-date info & make it easy for small business to save on shipping in every way possible.

Shipping Easy with Endicia totally changed our lives. Had we known how easy it was to ship quickly and avoid the post office lines we would have done this 7 years ago. The staff has also been extraordinary with customer service, available for calls and immediate email responses. A fantastic modern product with "amazon-like" customer service. Impressed.

I switched from ShipStation about a month ago and could not be happier with Shipping Easy! The tech support is fantastic and the app is very easy to use. We had it set up in a matter of minutes. I only print labels using a Dymo LabelWriter 4XL and the techs worked with me until we got the ConnectEasy feature working correctly with my Mac computer. The best part is that I have all three marketplaces for the same fee of only $29 (ShipStation wanted $25 per marketplace!). If you are thinking about a new shipping program, give this one a try! I am updating my review as of 8/10/2016 because I think Shipping Easy is the best shipping app for my Shopify website. Tech support continues to be quick, responsive and efficient. Most important of all is the ease of use of this app. Together with their enhanced software and ongoing updates to it plus my reliable Dymo LabelWriter 4XL, I couldn't be more pleased!

Not a good solution for your all shipping needs, but good for printing packing list :) Does not support UPS. Packing list and Pick List module needs to be improved. Customer service reps cant answer your questions, they cant help at all.

I understand the need to raise prices every once in a while. However, if you will penalize folks for using their carrier accounts (and, therefore, their own negotiated rates), make sure that you build in some contingencies for cases where folks can NOT use your rates BY LAW. We ship alcohol and MUST ship using our shipping account. Charging us more for the "privilege" is bad business and worse optics. I will be looking for an alternative and suggest friends in the industry do the same.

This app is truly amazing. It really saves time when creating your shipping labels and I love the way the tracking information streamlines back the orders. As with the other comments the customer service is amazing. Bailey was awesome. Really great app to have!!!

I'm not going to review the functionality or features of ShippingEasy because I think shipping apps in general are more or less the same. What I'm going to review about, which is important to store owners especially during times of emergencies and frustration, is their service. They have an INCREDIBLE customer service team. Very friendly, VERY HELPFUL. I feel like their service team truly cares about their customers, and that makes my experience with them far better than other competitors out there. Because when you need help, it will most likely be a critical issue and I trust that their team will be there for me 100% of the time. I only wish they support international shipping shippers as we have warehousing in other countries as well.
