Works great! I love it. The design looks really good on my website, and I have finally gotten leads compared to just a simple pop up. Gamifying your sign ups really does work!

Nice. it would be useful to have the ability to choose less than 5 prizes easily. Nice app and a great addition to the eCommerce site.
