Très bonne app. Dans l'ensemble les traductions en anglais sont excellentes, à ceci près que certaines expressions n'ont pas été traduites du tout. Equipe de support technique au top !

Pretty Fast. Translation is not 100% accurate but ok. Free version allows you to Translate 1 language. Customer Service is good.

I finally chose not to translate my store into other languages and deleted the app. It was a hard time finding and deleting the leftover code. Anyways, the support reached out to me really quickly and figures all things out eventually.

As usual, after you uninstalled the app, our code will be removed as well, there will be no change affect to your site. However, sometimes, there will have some lines of code leftover on your site for some reasons, but no worries, you can remove it by yourself with some simple steps via our instruction article. Overall helpfull and good customer service! The app works okay most of the time, but need to be aware of saving your manual changes all the time.

It works, and when it doesn't work their customer service is always live to help. So it can sometimes be frustrating is logical things don't work rightaway, but fortunately their customer service can solve the issues.

The free version is not the best - only one free language + not all languages are supported, but customer support is excellent and UI/UX is intuitive.

This app seems like an easy and solid choice to have multiple translations for websites. At first I had some issues for setting it up but the customer service is super fast and efficient. Chouxie guided me through everything via Help chat and I just had to sit and wait while everything was done for me.

I just installed the app and worked it through in a few minutes. It looks very nice and easy and had no compatibility issues with my shop. Hopefully everything will be ok! The support is also very good

We use transcy to add an additional language to our web shop. As a control freak, there are some pros/cons to keep in mind when using the app. + Nice language switcher, positioning made easy. Works very nicely out of the box & looks good. + Transcy UI is intuitive and easy to navigate + Machine translations are good + Manual adjustments are accessible & possible on all the content in the first paid tier of transcy already to try it out. + Biggest plus: The customer service is excellent. Fast, friendly, reliable. - No functionality for fast bulk edit of manual translations. Need to use the UI which is a bit slow and cumbersome. Some csv import/export or integration with export to google sheets would help here a lot. - The manual edit UI doesn't do a good job to show you what translations you are changing exactly. What part of the page are those extracted snippets from? - The manual edit UI breaks down when you do many changes without saving. I ended up setting a timer and press safe every ~5minutes to not loose 100+ changes at the end of my edit session. - No functionality to back-up the translations. Apart from a few weaknesses in the bulk/manual edit functionality. I highly recommend transcy :)

Great app for translating all my content at an affordable price. Jennifer, Anna and Lisa have been very helpful - they've been improving the app regularly since I've started with them and I can't wait to see what the next update will bring.
