update 8/17/20 - the people at UPSELL contacted me and took initiatives to fix my problem and it's now working awesome. Wish someone had either emailed me to tell me that SELLUP is the same as LAUNCHTIP because that's the name of the software requesting access to my account. Was I supposed to know that? not sure.... But my issue is solved, so I'm happy. It works great. the original review: I like this, but it's only viewable on desktop. my pop-up displays weird showing up two times in a row. the "add an item" is not viewable on mobile either and since 60% of my buyers are on mobile, this takes out a huge opportunity. I emailed support and nobody bothered to answer. i definitely don't like using apps where there's zero support. looking for an alternative now
Hey Janine. I have your support ticket marked as pending and had sent an access request. Unfortunately you declined this. In order for us to fix this issue which is limited to your store (works fine on mobile, issue is on your theme/app config) we require access. I have resent this in a last ditch effort. Not only is this app brilliant, but so is this support. Unlike many other Shopify Applications, Dan at Upsell/LaunchTip has been instrumental in his support and integration of the app into our website. I highly recommend this to all those shopify stores out there.

Mi tienda es nueva aun, no he tenido experiencia personal con la aplicación. Lo que si puedo decir es que todos mis mentores y maestros recomiendan un 100 % la aplicación y explican como incorporarla. No pasará mucho tiempo para que la aplique en mi tienda, será parte de una renovación total de mi tienda .

I am using the free plan right now and I find it very useful although it has its limitations. I am clear that as soon as I start to have recurring sales in my online business, I will acquire the complete plan.

So far so good. Only comment on improvement would be to have the option for the customer to un-add / remove the item without having to go to the cart. Currently, when a product has been "added" on the product page, the button reads "added", but clicking again does not remove the item.
Thank you for your feedback. As identified, customers can amend their products prior to checkout within the cart. SellUp is built to upsell products and help merchants maximize their revenue.

I used this app to help me create a sales funnel, driving more sales and getting my store to where I want it to be. I like how it was easy to set up and unlike some other apps, it didn’t leave my store looking crazy, like a total dropshipping store. It had a nice finish.

This App is really great BUT its not compatible with my theme (Booster Theme). It disables the Add to Cart button (its an important button, isn´t it ? ;-). I contacted the support theme of my theme and the support team of UpsellAp. There was nothing to do for the moment to fix that issue. Hope they fix the issue one day and contact me to reinstall the app. Thanks.

It's pretty good however it didn't correspond with my theme correctly. I recommend to everyone who wants to boost their conversion rate!

I contacted the Sell-Up app support for a redirection problem. I was put in contact with Dan and everything necessary was done to solve this problem! It's a very good plugin, I recommend it! *French/Français* J’ai pris contact avec le support de l’appli Sell-Up pour un problème de redirection. J’ai été mis en contact avec Dan et tout le nécessaire à été fait pour pallier à ce problème ! Pour communiquer rien de plus simple, même avec un anglais très basique ! C’est un très bon plugin, je le recommande !

It is easy to use and for my small business was very helpful. I will recommend if you are looking for a boost. Thank you! One important finding is that resistance to the sale typically occurs later in the process for new innovations than for established products. That’s because customers are often curious about new products, so more of them will say yes to an initial meeting.

I really like how this app works. It has not colorful and invasive graphics, and this is what I liked most. For the people who want to have an effective upsell keeping a low profile.
