The agent (May) was quick to reply, was very helpful, and was patient with me. She helped me with sending samples to my sample-reviewers and she helped me with quotes and fulfillment with my regular orders. Would definitely recommend this app! (The shipping time was great as well, around 7-14 days)

I worked with Michael before the Christmas rush and he was the best. Speedy product quotations and fulfillment. My customers loved the packing and fast delivery with up to 20% return buyers in one month. Michael helped with specific branding details and even encouraged it. Prices are the best after comparing with other dropshippers. During the Christmas rush I struggled with slower fulfillment probably due to inability to scale and other merchants needing more assistance than me. Still when a customer complained tracking number was quickly issued.

I have a lot of sales agent and when I try to cooperate with USAdrop, they give me the best price with the same Service Standard and shipping Time compared to other fulfillment company like CJ dropshipping. I can scale my business when I get more margin.

Although I have not yet launched my shop, the app is very easy to use, the advanced pricing is very robust, and their support lines are excellent! I particularly like the advanced mapping feature, which allows me to combine different products into one Shopify product as variants. It would be ideal if this could be accomplished automatically in a future update.
