I like this App a lot, but at the moment not work well. E-Mails will not be send to custumers. Loyality Programm not work. I hope you fix this problems fast!

Same as the others who gave 1-2 stars. Contacted support they tell me we will forward your inquiry to the technical team and nothing happens after. The worst is the email was sent almost a year ago. Bravo!

Beware of this app. After installation it does not work properly and the support is very curt and did not solve the problem for me. After the emergency, they stopped communicating completely. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the app.

My customer get notifications on the loyality app even though I notified support about the issue a month ago. There review app didn't work well. Imported review didn't show and review badge was not aligned properly and have no option to customize style. Everytime I contact support they tell me we will forward your inquiry to the technical team and nothing happens after.

It does the job for the review part. However the loyalty page and program part ain't working. Support don't really help on the matters.
