Lo instalé porque muchos clientes nos escribían preguntando por dimensiones, colores y disponibilidad antes de decidirse. Con DivoChat el botón de WhatsApp aparece directo en cada producto y el mensaje ya viene con el nombre del mueble incluido, lo que hace que la conversación arranque mucho más rápida. La configuración fue sencilla y en minutos estaba funcionando en la tienda. Los analytics me permiten ver qué productos generan más consultas, lo que me ayuda a saber cuáles tienen más interés pero tal vez necesitan mejor descripción o precio. Muy recomendado para tiendas donde el cliente necesita asesoría antes de comprar.
