stat interface not great, minimal ability to customize. Seems like there are alot of improvements that could make it so much better and more effective. Still does seem to help drive list building and conversions.

Wheelio now turns into a website speed killer. Makes all that loading slow as hell. I guess Ill never use again
Hello, we pride ourselves in making Wheelio light as possible and that is has minimal effect on your site speed. If you test our app, you can see it is the lightest possible optin available for this quality and that your site is slow because of other apps. Be careful! They just want your money.
Hi, the app has a free trial for 7 days and after that we are still really low priced for what we offer. It is not our fault you didnt read the pricing and was charged by Shopify for the usage. Hope you understand how not fair is this review. Have a great day, Karlo

I have not used the app yet but I am very happy with the functionality and the customisation features so I'm giving this 4* until I see how it performs over a week :)

Fantastic application, but it is ridiculously expensive for a minimal program. I am considering a cheaper option

Would not use again, comes across as spammy and charges me without letting me cancel subscription

you have to do too much for it to work. i installed it...couldnt see it on my site....customer service said to try incognito and clearing cookies and blah blah blah.....the average customer isnt going to do all that to make the wheel visible. this app isnt user friendly.

We are using this app for Christmas sales till now. However, this is an horrible experience. We got sooooo many negative reviews of user experience on mobile and tablet: iPhone, Android phone, iPad. Our customer support team handle 10+ more complaints every single days. I have many evidences to approve my review. Of course we asked for their support team to fix it, but they just got back and said they can't find any issue on the mobile version. I'm going to ask for refund.
Hi, Im sorry you had a bad experience, but thousands and thousand of our users and not one has claimed the app doesnt work on mobile or tablet or any other device. Our support tested your site and we found absolutely no issues across all the tested devices and browsers. The only issue was the theme, which was full of bugs and we have no impact on that nor can we change that. If you need any help, let us know and we will help as much as we can. I have really loved this app until recently, twice now in the past week or so I have been unable to access my Wheelio app in the backend of Shopify. The developers have attributed the issue to their use of Google Cloud and that it has been experiencing server issues. The app is great but I need to be able to access it as needed for changes and updates etc and I have been unable to do so during crucial times where I needed to make a change right away.

Conversion is great. I've grown my e-mail list massively since installing Wheelio. Communication with dev team is great. Big recommendation!

Brilliant gamified pop-up. These guys came first to the gamified opup scene and they are the best. I have tried several other gamified popups but nothing comes close to Wheelio's performance
