Good app - I would recommend this as an excellent app that collects emails without pain for the customer. ( I state on my Wheelio that emails are for a limited specific purpose of giving gifts & to collect names/emails for my future Kickstarter campaign. I assure my customers that they will not be 'email stalked') I don't know what impact this has on my collection rate. It took a lot of time & many back & forth emails to the app developer for four months before I finally got the app working. Up until it was working properly (so that my customers could access the discounts) I had collected 92 emails at a 7% conversion rate, but not even one person took up my Wheelio offers! Upon investigation I found that when I created my own codes in Shopify & copied & pasted them into Wheelio - as I thought I was supposed to do (there was some miscommunication somewhere) - the Shopify platform did not recognize them. I now know that I cannot create my own codes. I must use only Shopify ' generated' codes that are strings of 12 letters & numbers. My customers will now be able to put them properly into the system & get their discounts or free items. I have Shopify generate the codes by going into Shopify admin to 'Create Discount Code' and then clicking on "Generate Code" & then a 12 digit/letter code appears. I just got my Wheelio working properly one day ago. I notice I have added 9 more emails to my list since then, however I am still waiting for my first customer to take up a discount.

Wheelio works. It works extremely well. Karlo is the King, everything he touches is gold, if you want to be assured to reliably have the best app at all times you will pick whatever he made.

Really great app. Having been using for 3 days on my website and not only has it brought it more emails, but it's also doubled my sales by time pressuring customers with discounts. It has allowed me to increase my revenue and really does work. Thank you.

I've seen a huge increase in customers inputting their email addresses to access the Wheelio game, this hasn't converted to sales, however it's a big step in that direction (and gives my recart app somewhere to send their emails) I'm happy with the app.

Do not be fooled to install if you regularly change plans like me to balance monthly expenses for the store.
Hello, the app is not free, it does have a free trial for 7 days, that helps merchants see if we can bring value. If you read that, its written everywhere, you would understand and you wouldnt leave a review that has absolutely nothing representative of us and our support or app. Hope you understand that, Im sorry you had a bad day... Awesome App. Went from collecting 10% to 30% of new website visitor emails. I was skeptical at first, but it works great and it's easy to customize!

If you are serious about promoting your store and re-selling back to potential customers, you NEED this add on. We've generated nearly 6000 email address in 5 months, just from running it on the store! That pays for itself over and over again. Don't go for the other ones that are cheaper, this is the original add on and Karlo works hard to bring new features to it all the time. The design doesn't make it look spammy either, like the copy cats do. If you are serious about running your store and scaling it up, get this. Now.
