Hi The Real Treasure Chest, Firstly, we are so sorry for any inconvenience you had :( Regarding your request, we have checked into your case and see that you had uninstalled/unsubcribed the app on Dec 6th, 2023 but still got charged for the previous subscription renewal on Nov 25th, 2023. For this case, we have checked with Shopify Team and it seems that the invoice was already generated prior the merchant uninstall the app (which was 12 days before you uninstalled the app), then the refund is not processed by Shopify.
