This Product Labels & Badges app works really well, absolutely as described. Thanks BSS Commerce team. I have installed several apps with similar functionality and exactly this app was the one that worked best way. So I choose to use it furtherly. There were some small errors because of different Shopify theme I use (I bought it outside of Shopify theme store), but I contacted customer support and was really impressed how they treated my issue. Support represented by Jena Nguyen was great: I got replies very quickly, I was understood 100% correct way, no lacks of misunderstandings at all. Jena reviewed my situation from different points of view and offered 100% right solution for me. I would also like to say thank you to developers Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Viet Trung and Nguyen Xuan Thong who resolved my problem by adding customized code pieces. The issue was resolved seamlessly and 100% the way I imagined, the way I needed and the way I wanted. In my opinion, this app is worth installing and its team deserve trust.

This is one of my favourite apps on Shopify. I've been using this for about two weeks and have seen remarkable results for our abandoned cart and lapsed customer emails. What I like the most is the excellent service - I've been chatting with the CEO, Michael, using their in-app live chat functionality and he is super prompt in resolving all our issues. Whether it's email best practices, analytics and tips, we always hear from him directly in a few hours!

I don't normally review apps, but this one is a definite 5 star. Elegant and simple to use. Saves us a lot of time every day to use this instead of making manual invoices. What I like best about them is their customer service. I reported 2-3 bugs via email and they resolved it under a few hours. Kudos!
