App installed.....not one Abandoned cart email sent in 2 months. I wrote 3 days ago for support and no response. I am about to cancel the app along with 2 others from the same company

we cancelled our account and we're still being charged. nobody responds to our emails. i'm not sure if this app is a scam.

Didn't work. Installed and we've had a number of abandoned carts and no one received the automatic email. I would not recommend it!

this is a great app. i can't wait for it to start bringing more sales to my site. the customer service were great with my questions. i highly recommend it!
