App installed.....not one Abandoned cart email sent in 2 months. I wrote 3 days ago for support and no response. I am about to cancel the app along with 2 others from the same company
we cancelled our account and we're still being charged. nobody responds to our emails. i'm not sure if this app is a scam.
Didn't work. Installed and we've had a number of abandoned carts and no one received the automatic email. I would not recommend it!
Just get this app. I've been using this app for a couple of years now and it remains brilliant! It's seamless, has never given me a moments problem and each week I get orders that have been recovered using it. It has paid for itself over and over.
