I have only used the App for two days and I had some issues with the PDF showing locked even though it was not locked. I contacted support and they were relentless in ensuring that my issues were fixed. The support that I received was exceptional and I'll continue to use the App going forward.

I’ve been using ABC Digital Downloads on my live Shopify store for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. Setup was simple, the videos walk you through everything, and I was sending both PNG files and a multi-page PDF guide to customers in just a few minutes. Downloads work every time, and I love seeing the file thumbnails inside the orders – it makes it very clear what was delivered. For me, it’s one of those apps that just quietly does its job without drama. If you sell any kind of digital product, this is an easy 5-star recommendation. Llevo un tiempo usando ABC Digital Downloads en mi tienda de Shopify y la verdad es que me ha dejado muy contento. La instalación fue sencilla, los videos explican paso a paso y en pocos minutos ya estaba entregando a mis clientes tanto archivos PNG como una guía en PDF de varias páginas. Las descargas funcionan siempre, sin errores, y las miniaturas de los archivos dentro de las órdenes ayudan mucho a ver qué se entregó en cada pedido. Es de esas apps que simplemente hacen su trabajo y no dan problemas. Si vendes productos digitales, para mí es una app de 5 estrellas sin dudarlo.
