Amazing App! they have been super helpful!
I have only used the App for two days and I had some issues with the PDF showing locked even though it was not locked. I contacted support and they were relentless in ensuring that my issues were fixed. The support that I received was exceptional and I'll continue to use the App going forward.

I’ve been using ABC Digital Downloads on my live Shopify store for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. Setup was simple, the videos walk you through everything, and I was sending both PNG files and a multi-page PDF guide to customers in just a few minutes. Downloads work every time, and I love seeing the file thumbnails inside the orders – it makes it very clear what was delivered. For me, it’s one of those apps that just quietly does its job without drama. If you sell any kind of digital product, this is an easy 5-star recommendation.
Appreciate you taking the time to write this. I’m glad you called out the thumbnails inside the orders — that was a very intentional choice on our side. When you’re dealing with multiple file types (especially mixed PNGs + multi-page PDFs), it should be immediately obvious what was delivered and to whom, without guessing. Also happy to hear it’s been stable for you. Our goal with ABC Digital Downloads is pretty simple: once you set it up, it should stay out of your way and just deliver files reliably. Thanks again for the recommendation, and if anything ever feels off or could be improved, don’t hesitate to reach out. — Seva Co-Founder, ABC Digital Downloads
