GFL review for Abra Promotions

While the application itself is brilliant, what I was most impressed by was the Abra team's ability to make the transition from other promo apps on Shopify so seamless and easy. Within an hour of downloading the app to see if it would fit my store's needs (I needed an app that would allow customers to get a free gifted item automatically inserted into their cart without having to manually add the item or a discount code), I was in a meeting with the developer Ilia, who tailored the promo to run precisely according to my needs. Not only was this incredibly easy, it also made me feel confident that the promotion we were running would run smoothly, and it really has. Every email I send with any questions gets answered quickly, and any changes or added promotions we want to run are integrated within less than 24 hours. Now about the app, it is really easy to customize and very simple to implement. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to other retailers in the industry!
