Customer service is great. Just that, the app is not very user friendly as we hoped. Customer support is quick to respond and helpful though, which is very important.

There is nearly infinite complexity and power that comes with this, so plan accordingly. Honestly, it's a good thing, bootstraps most of what we would ever want or need to do. Support is extremely helpful if you need it!
