A rollercoaster; installed and it was a breeze then let it run for weeks and weeks, no problem there, and trying to optimize colors and awareness around the accessibility button; spoke to Janny support in the blue chat incon in the bottom left o the app dashboard and it took so much effort and time to get some help, very slow and not wanting to help very much but at least there was some help. More trouble though, I got some information from a famly member that through online audit, the site is showing not compliant. The specific results I shared with Janny are Clickables Score: 67 Mediocre Score Elements with button functionality should be tagged for assistive technology; Orientation Score: 38 Bad Score Interactive elements should be navigable using the keyboard; Menus Score: 50 Bad Score Menus should be tagged for assistive technology; Graphics Score: 42 Bad Score Objects and embedded text of images should be described for assistive technology; Readability Score: 67 Bad Score Font sizes should be large enough to be readable; General Score: 50 Bad Score Deleted text should include an additional description It should not be the case for me to be protected with this app. Telling support about this, I was just ignored right away asking again to talk about the color of my button. I just wish the listing was more clear and upfront and not false promises. At least there is support to talk to, that should be noted; but other than that, not for me.

tis app looks good but it made me a red eror on my site that is visible to all my visitors, I called my shopify store developeer to help because the chat support coudlnt help and ask me all the questions. now after a full 24h my site is still broken and i get zero help while it broke my site, and the credits i used witin the app no refund also, not a good experience with support and the technical problem. I NEED HELP FROM SUPPORT PLEASE, your AcesPro broke my site and I want it fixed by your team please.
