Don't even consider this app! We have been using all kinds of Shopify apps for over 10 years and this is the worst app and app support I have ever seen. They can not do the simplest thing which is to automatically charge our Shopify account every month for our usage. They send me an email saying that our subscription renewal has failed, I go to the app to refresh payment method, I have to click at least 10 buttons to update our payment only to see that there is an "error". Then I reach out to the tech support team, it takes about 5 emails to communicate the issue to them and what is their solution? "Set up a video conference with us"?! So, now I need to do a video conference to fix the issue of your glitchy app? No, thank you.

We did our best to support you over an email and when things didn't work out, we ask you to schedule a meeting request with us to help you to resolve this issue faster. However, you prefer to avoid getting on a video call. It's easier for us to assist further with a video call. If you change your mind at any time, we are happy to support you. We start with email support, if things don't work we ask for a video call. That's how we are committed to supporting our customers. The app is not glitchy, sometimes subscription fails for various reasons. Anyway, we did our best to support the customer via all possible channels.
