I installed Accessibility by AccessWay last month and it helped fast. The AI alt text works pretty good on most images and the keyboard nav feels smoother now. The widget is easy to tweak for contrast and font size. Took me a bit to find the reading line setting and docs could be clearer, but overall im happy with it and support replied.
